Of course, some apps costs more because you can do more with it, but every project has it's specific tools. We are doing some tutorials on Justinmind's blog, to show some features, and hope Jakub tell us more impressions about the tool. Besides, you can handle requirements inside the app, share and control versions/modifications. With Prototyper, you can create practically the whole user-experience, including data manipulation. If you simply want to draw the wireframe layouts and add some links and a few interactions, it may work. I believe Justinmind Prototyper and Axure are different tools than the ones you metioned.
